Develop, organize and communicate your ideas and knowledge in the most effective way. See http://www.tcl.tk/ for more info. If you like to use a more graphical tool to visualize your commit history, you may want to take a look at a Tcl/Tk program called gitk that is distributed with Git. Gocr-Tk, A tcl/tk wrapper around gocr. GeoServer is an open source software server written in Java that allows users to share and edit geospatial data. If you want to write your own OCR, libgocr is provided in a separate package. Proposal is to make a distribution of Perl program with a single-file executable much like PAR approach but without any temporaries, thus having existing filesystem untouched in any way. I know that it is not elegant but I initially wrote this program for very limited purposes. Tcl is embeddable and extensible, and has been widely used since its creation in 1988 by John Ousterhout. Tool Command Language (Tcl) is an interpreted language and very portable interpreter for that language. The Tcl scripting language and the Tk toolkit together create a programming environment for creating graphical user interfaces. So it has lot of limitations :-(. I thought several times about rewriting in Python (or in the Tcl/Tk which I have used more frequently). Currently the program should be able to handle well scans that have their text in one column and do not have tables.
